The Westin Desert Willow Villas, Palm Desert

I would say it's good home base for staying and exploring Palm Desert. Terrific guest service, accommodating staff;)))

Booked it for 2 days and had a very very GOOD experience. In general, I loved my exceptional room with the jacuzzi tub.

Some people working there were poorly trained.

Enjoyed my wonderful stay on vacation.

Everything about the hotel was great. The room I got was gorgeous, and, yea, towels were new. The staff was incredible and pleasant, the breakfast offered was perfect with plenty of food.

you guys made my stay warm. handy location with bay views. the room was fully-equipped, the bed was exceptionally comfortable and there was a luxurious bathroom. near an excellent beach.

Absolutely superb views and safe facility. I got free upgrade and loved it. Restaurant in hotel was cheap and the pool area was lovely.

the nicest place to stay when travelling to palm desert. friendly check in & easy check out, best possible location. variety of options, affordable food. a lovely beach, good view.

Absolutely charming hotel with excellent pool and clean room. I slept so comfy in the nice bed. The best part was the beautiful view of the lake. Service in the property was superb too. Cool coffee and tea in the oyster bar, free parking place.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was bad.

Delightful stay, we had all essentials. Cool and fine rooms, perfect decor, sweet staff. Perfectly comfortable location to lakes country club.

Spotless, the staff was warm, fresh food. The staff did all they can for an awesome stay. Updated hotel room with a soft bed and jacuzzi bathroom. Service was helpful there too. Easy base for vacation.

Staff were customer-facing, room was surprisingly large and exceptional location. Although the whole experience was very relaxing, the bed in our room was awful. Breakfast was excellent with sufficient variety. Walking distance to the beautiful beach. Also, the property was 2 miles away from Monterey Country Club Public Golf Course.

The venue was always perfectly clean, had awesome staff and facilities. Charming view of castle. Bed was very spacious, I enjoyed it...

Possibly the best and ENJOYABLE hotel experience we have had, would have stayed for longer. Helpful staff, comfy bed in the room. This perfect property is perfect for couples.

we think it's an ideal base for staying in palm desert. there is restaurant agave grill & bar at the premises. truly enjoyed a kitchen we had in the room.

The room was really cold, we expected better.

We really enjoyed the facilities offered by this lovely hotel. Had good sleep at the villa. Booked table at Agave Grill & Bar, it's their onsite restaurant.

Worth its 4 stars. By and large, it was comfortable place for sightseeing in Palm Desert, had much fun. Ordered diner at their on-site restaurant Agave Grill & Bar...

located in 30 minutes' drive to the airport. stay there and enjoy your palm desert city trip.

The staff was professional, the location was quiet! Convenient base for adults in Palm Desert.

It was spotless in the hotel. We loved the access to pool. 25 minutes drive to the airport...

A kitchen available. It was definitely 4 stars for us:)))
